Project
Manager
Full time only. Hours are M-F 7am
– 4pm. Starting pay is DOE.
Qualifications and Experience include:
·
Efficient management and
administration of one or more construction projects.
·
You will be accountable for
project costs, profitability, staff development, client relationships, and
providing and/or coordinating full estimating services on all your
projects.
·
Throughout knowledge of estimating
techniques, engineering disciplines, and sub-trade is required.
·
Ability to estimate all types of
projects/contracts, plus ability to coordinate group work effort essential.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft
applications.
·
Strong communication skills;
written, verbal, and active listening.
·
Excellent personal and
relationship building skills.
·
Good understanding of corporate
and industry practices, processes, standards, and their most important on
project activities.
·
Ability to take initiative.
·
Strong problem solving and
analytical skills.
·
Must have ability to prepare
complex proposals with minimum of supervision.
·
Must be detailed, highly organized
and focused.
Warehouse Manager
Full time or Part time M-F. Full time
hours are 7am – 4pm. Part time hours vary anywhere between 6am and
4pm. Starting pay is $14/hour or DOE.
Qualifications and Experience include:
·
A clean driving record is a must.
·
Delivering doors, frames, and
hardware throughout the Bay Area.
·
Knowledge of doors and hardware.
·
Forklift experience.
·
Lifting 75 lbs +/-.
·
Stocking hardware.
·
Pulling and staging orders
generated from packing slips throughout the day.
·
Sign, receive, inspect and
processes received material.
·
Perform other duties requested by General
Manager.
·
Keeping warehouse neat and
organized.
·
Microsoft savvy.
·
Appropriately dressed with boots.
·
Strong communication skills.
·
Works well with others.
·
Self motivated.
·
Quick learner.
